Restaurant is accessible to the disabled. Guestrooms are all on the second floor, and there is no elevator.
No pets, please. Children over age 8 are welcome.

Deposits & Cancellations
To confirm your reservation, a one night's deposit plus 9.5 percent sales tax is required within seven days from the date reservations are made. The deposit will be forfeited if guests arrive after date specified or depart before the final date of reservation. If cancellation is necessary, your deposit will be refunded if we can re-rent the room or upon a 14 day advance notice. A $15 cancellation fee will be retained in the case of any cancellation.

Electronic things...
Televisions are available in guestrooms and in the lounge. Many rooms have 19 inch LCD TV's, some have 26 or 32 inch. If TV is very important to you, please ask. All rooms have DVD players. We have DVD movies available to check out. You may use your own DVD movies but we are not responsible for damage to them. For your convenience, all guestrooms have a telephone featuring free local calls and calling card access for long distance. Telephones have dataports for modem hook ups.A computer with high speed internet access is available in our lounge. Laptop users with a wireless access card may use our high speed wireless network. You must be able to configure your computer to work on our wireless G network, which is password protected. Tech support is not available. Room 6 has a computer in the room.

Minimums
Typically, when a stay involves a Saturday night, we require a two night minimum. We have three night minimums on most holiday weekends and peak fall weekends.
