Bartender

The qualified candidate will be positive, high-energy and maintain a professional attitude while communicating with customers and co-workers.  This leader should have a proven track record of delivering the highest level of guest service, consistently exceeding expectations with a proper balance of professionalism, proficiency, and warmth.  We are looking for an experienced bartender that has knowledge of classic cocktails, wine and food service.  Paying attention to details, cleanliness, being dependable, having a flexible schedule and being a team player are essential.

Server

We are currently looking for a professional, enthusiastic and hardworking server. Cedar Crossing is a high volume restaurant in a historical building with both loyal clientele as well as tourists to Door County. The ideal candidate must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, ensure smooth and quality service as well as taking hospitality to heart. A sense of urgency is a must while maintaining a friendly disposition. Applicants must have a strong dedication towards learning and motivation to progress within our busy evolving multi-faceted establishment. Must be responsive to constructive feedback from managers, chefs or staff. Wine knowledge is a positive. Paying attention to details, being dependable, having a flexible schedule and being a team player are essential.

Housekeeper

Ideally looking for a self-starter who has experience with professional housekeeping. The housekeeper will work closely with the innkeeper to create a clean and tidy environment for the guests. Housekeepers work in tandem on busier days. Tasks include cleaning guest rooms, sweeping and mopping floors, watering plants, dusting, cleaning of public spaces (breakfast room, hallways, stairways). Light laundry duty including washing of rags and mop heads. Restocking and completing inventory for cleaning supplies and breakfast room supplies. Assist in setting up breakfast for overnight guests, buss and reset tables. Possible interactions with guests while attending to the breakfast room.
