Bar Manager – Full Time
The bar manager is responsible for the bars operating costs, maintain labor costs and quality standards to ensure superior service while driving dollars at Cedar Crossing. The right candidate will assist the front of house manager and general manager in forecasting for high and low seasons to ensure sales goals are met. Responsibilities include facilitating growth of special in-house events, helping to organize and planning to drive business while coordinating details for smaller events and group visits. This applicant should have a proven track record of delivering the highest level of guest service, consistently exceeding expectations with a proper balance of professionalism, proficiency, and warmth. We are looking for an experienced bar manager that has knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and food service. This is a full-time position that requires open availability.
Bartender – Part Time – Full Time
The qualified candidate will be positive, high-energy and maintain a professional attitude while communicating with customers and co-workers. This applicant should have a proven track record of delivering the highest level of guest service, consistently exceeding expectations with a proper balance of professionalism, proficiency, and warmth. Paying attention to details, cleanliness, being dependable, having a flexible schedule and being a team player are essential.
Line Cook – Full Time
The qualified candidate will have the ability to operate effectively in a diverse environment while maintaining a positive, respectful, productive and compliant work environment. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, proper storage and handling procedures is required. Equally important is a passion for food, a creative flair and positive attitude. Host – Part Time – Full Time
