Kitchen Manager

We are looking for a Kitchen Manager that will be a partner with the General Manager to maintain kitchen staff, optimize and streamline procedures and food prep, and manage inventory.  Kitchen managers supervise the day-to-day operations in the back-of-house. They play a role in creating menus, developing recipes, and training back of house staff on standard operating procedures and prep methods.  Kitchen managers have a balance of business and interpersonal skills, managing the people, processes, and maximizing profits.  Kitchen Managers at the top of their game embody a unique mix of skills: culinary expertise, a flair for management, and kitchen acumen. But the most important trait is being conscientious. Top managers make it a priority to scrutinize everything that goes on in the kitchen, from ingredient quality and food safety to the plating of the final dish. Ultimately, the main goal of the Kitchen Manager is to ensure that customers have a wonderful dining experience.
